COVID-19 POLICIES 1) Number of spectators per gymnast: *4 (updated 4/13) 2) Spectator Seating: Socially distanced seating will be provided. Spectators are expected to remain in your assigned seating area throughout & maintain a distance of 6 feet between their travel party and others. 3) Alternative spectator viewing options:TBD 4) Mask requirements: All spectators and participants 3 years and older will be required to wear a face mask that covers the mouth and nose 100% of the time while in the facility. Athletes may remove masks only while warming up/competing. 5) Covid-19 check in procedures: Temperature checks will be performed on everyone prior to entering the facility. Health clearance & waivers will be required prior to entrance. There will be sanitation stations located throughout the facility. Separate entrances/exits will be used when possible. Please arrive to the event early to allow extra time for the check in process- early admission will not be allowed. 6) Cleaning Protocol: All seating, surfaces, equipment & mats will be sanitized in between sessions. Coaches & gymnasts are required to sanitize in between events. Athletes/clubs will need to supply their own chalk. Everyone will be reminded to wash their hands frequently. 7) Meet Format: Two Capital Cup Gyms 8) Judges: Two panel judges, single & double occupancy rooms, breakfast at hotel, catered meals at event, carpooling when possible. 9) Refunds: provided for any reason ONLY when submitted through Meetmaker. *Meetmaker processing fees are non-refundable. o 50% refund (30+ days from start of event) 10) Other: Athletes & coaches must bring their own water bottles.
