Once a meet is running on reservations, make the change at USA Gymnastics, not on the MeetMaker registration page. It then arrives on your Alerts page as an update or a scratch for you to process.

• A level change that costs more takes you to payment for the difference. One that costs the same, or a scratch, is applied without a payment - there is nothing to pay, and MeetMaker tells you it is done.
• A scratch removes the entry. It does not automatically refund what you paid - refunds are the event director's decision. Contact them if you believe one is due.

Process waiting items in order, top to bottom. If you process a later change first, MeetMaker may not find the registration it belongs to and will tell you so.

If a gymnast was refunded and you want to enter them again, that comes through as a new Add and is paid for again.
