Every change is made on the USA Gymnastics website first, then processed in MeetMaker from Alerts.

Where a meet is run from a USA Gymnastics sanction, your entry belongs to your USA Gymnastics reservation. Changes are made on the USA Gymnastics website first, and then processed in MeetMaker. This is a two step process and both steps are needed.

  1. Sign in to the USA Gymnastics Reservation System and change your reservation there - scratch the athlete, change their level, or add someone.
  2. Sign in to MeetMaker, open Alerts in the top menu, find the meet and click Process.

This is why there is no Scratch or Change Level button on your MeetMaker registration for these meets. While registration is open the only button on each athlete is Edit, which changes details the event asks for such as size, division or comments. Once registration closes there are no buttons at all - by then even a scratch has to go through USA Gymnastics.

What happens when you process depends on what changed:

  • Nothing more to pay - level changes at the same fee, and scratches. MeetMaker applies them and tells you it is done. There is no payment step.
  • More to pay - a level change to a dearer level, or an added athlete. You are taken to the payment page for the difference, and you are not finished until you have paid.

If several items are waiting, process them in order, top to bottom. A later change can depend on an earlier one having been applied.

Do not add a reservation at USA Gymnastics for a gymnast you have already registered in MeetMaker. That is what creates duplicate entries.
