The Adult Gymnastics Cup will be held June 9-11, 2023 at Spooky Nook Sports, Manheim, PA, the largest indoor sports complex in the United States. The purpose is to determine the best XCEL Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Sapphire Adult Gymnast (Age 19+) on each event and the all-around in each age group in the country. Only those who have participated in a 2022-2023 sanctioned/licensed AAU, NGA, USAIGC, NAIGC or USAG event may attend. A qualification score is not required for this years innagural event. This event is licensed by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U. S., Inc. All participants must have a current AAU membership.
