"The Accidental Hero" is a one-man play based on a true story about a WWII American soldier, Lieutenant Colonel Matt Konop, who unexpectedly liberates the Czech villages of his grandparents during the war's final days, essentially discovering his own heritage while freeing a community he never knew he was connected to; the play uses multimedia elements like film footage and personal accounts to bring the story to life.
