Details:
Kick your gymnasts’ season into high gear with this jam-packed training camp that offers: A high energy learning environment. 8 learning stations lead by Master clinicians designed to give gymnasts a deeper understanding of their sport, fine tune technique and prepare them for the upcoming season. Rotations include all 4 events, bar shaping, dance, mindful movement, team building and more! Coaches who attend will have hands on time with their gymnasts and also learning time with judges. Sunday will provide coaches with an Xcel update and hands on spotting training.
