This isn’t just another clinic, it’s a master-level learning environment built for coaches who want more. Whether you’re developing strong Level 4 foundations or refining the details that separate Level 10 athletes from the rest, this experience is designed to sharpen your technical eye, elevate your training systems, and energize your coaching philosophy with Tammy Biggs, Lumi Gracy, Bryan Raschilla, Armen Astoian & Gina Nastasee. NEW THIS YEAR, We’re expanding the experience by inviting gymnasts Level 4-10 to participate alongside their coaches. Athletes will train live in sessions on each event plus dance with Tammy, Armen, Brian, Lumi & Gina, bringing concepts to life, creating a dynamic, real-time learning environment where coaches can observe, apply, adjust, and collaborate. It’s hands-on education at its highest level — with immediate transfer from theory to athlete. In addition to their training sessions, gymnasts will also take part in auxiliary rotations including flexibility, trampoline, conditioning, zumba and yoga, with a focus on breathing, movement, and mind–body connection. These sessions are designed to enhance athlete performance! Work side-by-side with some of the most respected minds in the sport, dive deep into progressions and problem-solving, and walk away with practical tools you can immediately apply in your own gym.
