On the Ticketing tab there are test QR codes and a test login. Sign in at meetmaker.com/scan using your event code and the test user name shown on that tab, then scan the test codes.

• The pass code should show an approved result with the approved sound.
• The decline code should show a declined result with the declined sound.

The test user cannot scan real tickets, and a real scanning user cannot scan the test codes - that separation is deliberate so a rehearsal can never use up a real ticket.

Test on the actual phones your staff will use, on the venue's wifi or mobile signal if you can.
