You now get an email for every payment and refund, and the Financials tab adds up correctly.
This release is about money: what you are told when it moves, and what the Financials tab shows you.
Every payment and refund now comes with an email
You receive an email whenever money moves between MeetMaker and your bank account, showing the event,
the amounts, the effective date, the account it touched and every registration payment making up the
deposit. Refunds appear as their own deduction, and several payments for one event in the same run
arrive as a single email. These replace the invoices and credit notes you used to receive. See
The emails you receive when money moves.
The Financials tab adds up correctly
Two long-standing errors in the registration detail behind each disbursement are fixed. If your event
had two disbursements in the same payment run, every payment was listed under both of them. If a
disbursement had been returned by the bank and sent again, the payments funding it disappeared from the
detail entirely. Both are corrected, and the history has been repaired, so past events read correctly
too.
Alerts last the whole of your event's final day
An unprocessed alert used to disappear at the start of the last day of your event, which meant it
was gone for the entire day the meet actually ran. Alerts now stay up until the end of that day, read in
your event's own time zone. The count on the menu bar agrees with the page.
Smaller changes
- A returned card payment can be re-run on a different card, rather than unwinding the
registration and starting again.
- A person can be on a club roster as both a gymnast and a coach on one membership number. If a
club has told you an athlete who also coaches could not be added, that is fixed.
Nothing here needs any setting up.
