Link a ticket event to your competition so spectators can find it.
Admission tickets live in their own Tickets event, separate from the competition. To connect the two:
- Create the Tickets event first, with your ticket types under Purchasable Items and Event Tickets.
- Open your meet in the Event Wizard and find Linked Ticket Event, directly under Refund Policy.
- Choose your ticket event and save.
Once linked, the meet shows a green Buy Admission Tickets button on its detail page and a ticket link on the public event lists, so spectators are not hunting for a separate listing.
The list offers your own ticket events that have not already ended. Remember the ticket event has its own registration window - if ticket sales have not opened, the button says so.
