If your event collects a clothing size, set a Size Edit Deadline in the Event Wizard, just below the Size Option List.

Up to and including that date, clubs can change a gymnast's size on an existing registration. After it, the size box is locked and the club is told why.

• It is a date, not a time - sizes stay editable for the whole of the day you enter.
• It is judged in your event's time zone.
• Leave it blank for no deadline, which is how every event behaved before this option existed.

The deadline is shown to clubs on the event detail page and on My Events, so it should not come as a surprise.
