Online payments carry a processing fee, and the Defer Fees setting on your event decides who pays it.

• Defer Fees ON - the registering club pays it. A flat 3% is added at checkout and shown to them as a Processing Fee. Your deposit is not reduced.
• Defer Fees OFF - you absorb it. The club pays exactly the entry fees, and the fee is deducted when your money is sent to your bank.

Most directors defer the fee to the club. Whichever you choose, set it before registration opens - changing it part way through means different clubs paid different amounts.

This is separate from the credit card surcharge.
