A pay code lets one party cover another party's entry fees. A state committee, a booster club or a region might issue one so member clubs do not pay at checkout.

It is not a discount. The fees are still charged - they are just taken from the pay code's bank account instead of the registering club's.

A pay code is tied to one event, and can be limited to a single level within it.
